Create And Edit Campaign

The campaign settings page consists of four tabs: General, Destination, Filters, User Access. Let's explore them one by one.


  1. Add a new campaign;
    The Campaign's full name is automatically generated, based on the Traffic Source, Countries selected and custom unique name you define.

  2. Select countries where your campaign will be available;

  3. Select Traffic source; 
    If your traffic source has additional Lander parameters, they will also appear on the page and you will be able to tune them.

  4. Set Tracking domain and Money pages; 
    In the tracking domain field you will specify the domain which is used to track clicks and visits to your campaigns and landers. This is one of the most important settings in the campaign. Please, refer to this article to see how to set up a domain.
    After you define your tracking domain, a new input field will appear called money pages. Define the pages where you want to show your offers. Add one URL per line or use the '/' (slash) sign to have all website pages as money pages.
  5. Select campaign Category;
    To manage campaign categories, go to Settings > Categories in the main menu.
  6. Define your campaign tags;
    They are displayed in the campaigns list and you can filter your campaigns by them. Use the Note field to store any useful information about the campaign (When somebody sets this field, it is visible for everyone on the team).
  7. Advanced: Pick a cost model;

    Auto - this model counts the visit cost from the cost parameter value of a tracking link.
    CPC - this model assumes that you will specify the visit cost manually (if you choose a CPC cost model you will see the required additional field where you can set the cost of a visit).
    Do not track costs - the cost values will not be tracked.


  1. Select destination;
    Flow - select a previously created Flow (see Flow setup for more details on flows). When a flow is selected, its details are displayed below. You can check landers and offers attached to the flow and use the Edit link to make changes in the flow.

    Path - choose a Path to add landers and offers directly to this campaign, without creating a flow.

    Note: If you want to send users directly to an offer without a lander, tick the Direct link checkbox.
    You can always convert your Path into the Flow. Press the Convert to flow button to do this.

    URL - Enter a URL here when you want to send your visitors directly to a web page. You may also choose a Redirect method.

    Redirect method:

    302 is a regular http redirect. It is the fastest way to redirect. The referrer data is passed to the campaign endpoint.

    Meta refresh erases your lander HTTP referrer, but only when you link it from the lander to the offer via the https connection.

    Double meta refresh is pretty much the same as Meta refresh, but erases the HTTP referrer completely. This is the slowest way to redirect.


  1. Select the filter mode;

    Active - applies the filter settings you'll be defining further in filter section.

    Allow all - allows every type of traffic to visit your lander.
    Filter all - stops all types of traffic from visiting your lander.

    On High Alert - this checkbox enables a special filter mode. When an unwanted visit is tracked, the next five visits will also be sent to the safe page.

  2. Select device filters;

  3. Allow only whitelisted ISPs - Create an ISP whitelist for your target country in Settings > ISP White Lists. When this checkbox is checked, traffic from other ISPs will be blocked;

  4. Add and remove filters;
    Facebook Filter. Switch on this filter to allow only real users to see your lander and send all other visitors to the safe page. Other options are also available for the Facebook filter.
    Facebook Prefetch Filter. The Facebook Android app generates a lot of preview traffic, loading the page before the user has actually clicked the on the ad. If you switch on this option, the Facebook app will be forced to load your lander from a real ad click and the preview traffic will not be displayed in your statistics.
    Filter IPv6. Use this option to send any IPv6 traffic to the safe page.
    Filter Empty Referrers. Use this option to send to incorrect traffic URL any traffic with empty referrers.

    Note: If you set your domain in Tracking mode you should define the Incorrect Traffic URL - this is where filtered visitors will be sent without showing a Safe page and without redirect.

Custom rules:

In addition to the basic filters you can also set Custom rules.

Status: activates or disables a rule.


  • Filter - this blocks traffic according to a defined rule; 
  • Allow - this allows traffic according to a defined rule.

To be able to use Custom rules, you'll need to select Add condition to rule.

User Access:

Switch to the Users tab to manage campaign access. Here you can specify who has access to a particular campaign according to the user's role. You must specify a Manager for a campaign to track his/her performance.

Use the Users section to invite users to the campaign and manage their permissions. There are two types of campaign permissions in Zeustrak:

  • Can View - a user can view statistics of the campaign, but can’t make any changes.

  • Can Edit - a user has full access to a campaign. Only tick this checkbox if you want to grant a user edit level access to a campaign.


Copy your Money page Url and submit it to the relevant traffic source.
